Police charge three workers with stealing from luggage at Halifax airport

From Metro Halifax:

Three people facing charges for allegedly going through checked luggage at Halifax’s airport were caught by the eagle eyes of security staff.

“It came across on our security video and our security folks passed that onto the RCMP. It’s worth noting that we have over 400 security cameras throughout the airport,” said Halifax International Airport Authority spokeswoman Ashley Gallant.

“I don’t want to say you’re always on camera, but it’s quite a number. There are security cameras in the majority of places.”
